Morning-Breakfast

In Moring when you wake up from your bed drink 500-600 ml of water brushing your teeth. Ingredients: Spinach(300-500 gms),Green Apple(50-100 gms),Asparagus(50-100 gms),Carrots(50-100 gms),Broccoli(50 gms),Ginger,Cucumber(One small piece).

Steps: Add those ingredients to your juicer or mixture then mix it. Remember, before adding those vegetables to the mixture make sure that you have washed them well with fresh water. After mixing, take a strainer and strain the mixture. Then, drink green juice. You can also add one piece of Lemon to it.

Lunch

A cup of brown rice, chicken breast, two or three egg whites. You can also take fish instead of chicken but I recommend you, chicken breast. Remember, drink 500-700 ml of water before and after 30 minutes of lunch.

Evening Snacks

If you follow this diet chart for only one week you will get a good result. In this diet plan, I added a lot of protein and antioxidants, that helps to cut out fat from our body.
